Tomatoes, minced meat, onions and spices must be fried in a pan until half cooked, then add the broth and simmer for 20 minutes under the lid. Five minutes before the final cooking, add fresh chopped herbs.

The vegetable version of the lagman sauce is delicious too. To prepare it, you need to take eggplants, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, chopped garlic and spices. Cut the eggplant and pepper into cubes, and the onion into half rings, you need to fry the vegetable mixture over high heat, and then add the garlic, spices and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
