Pasta is a dish that in itself is not of particular interest, but it can be served with any vegetables, mushrooms or fish. Or in combination. Try making pasta with fish and mushrooms - a dish that will look great on any table.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of any pasta;
- - about 300 g of trout;
- - 150 g of champignons;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 400 ml of fish broth or water;
- - vegetable oil;
- - greens (parsley or dill);
- - salt;
- - freshly ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onions, wash and cut into rings. Do the same with the garlic, but finely chop it.
Step 2
The mushrooms must be washed, allowed to dry, and then cut into strips or slices.
Step 3
We work with fish. Just separate the trout flesh from the bones, and cut the resulting fillet into small cubes. If you don't have trout, you can replace it with pink salmon. If you prefer white fish, you can opt for sea bass.
Step 4
Let's start cooking. Preheat a skillet over a fire. When it warms up well, add vegetable oil there and put the onion there. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to the onion. Fry onions until tender.
Step 5
Once the onion is almost cooked, add the garlic clove and cook for a couple more minutes. Transfer the fried onions to a bowl, while leaving as much oil as possible in the pan. Place the mushrooms in the empty space in the pan. They need to be fried for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Add the fish cubes to the mushrooms and cook for about 4 more minutes. Now return the garlic and onion back to the pan and stir.
Step 7
Sprinkle fish with mushrooms with flour and stir again. Pour in part of the hot broth and stir the whole mass. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thick. If you want a different consistency, add more water. Add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste.
Step 8
Boil the pasta water, season with salt to taste, and boil the pasta in it as indicated on the package.
Step 9
Combine the pasta with the sauce and stir. Pasta with fish and mushrooms can be served.
