Fish dishes are less high-calorie than meat dishes, but they are not inferior to them in terms of the number of amino acids. In addition, fish is a source of important fatty acids, in particular omega-3s. The presence of this acid in the diet can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Many people give credit to fish dishes, but the choice of these dishes is often not rich enough. The offered fish rolls with oyster mushrooms are not only easy to prepare, they are very tasty and can even decorate a festive table.

It is necessary

    • Fish fillet (pangasius
    • telapia
    • flounder) - 0.5 kg;
    • Oyster mushrooms or other lamellar mushrooms - 0.4 kg;
    • Onion-turnip - 1 piece;
    • hard cheese - 0.2 kg;
    • milk - 200 g;
    • butter - 50 gr;
    • flour - 1 tablespoon;
    • vegetable oil for frying;
    • Salt
    • dill greens
    • spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the mushroom filling. To do this, finely chop the oyster mushrooms, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. When the mushrooms are tender, add the finely chopped onion and simmer, covered, for another 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Chop oyster mushrooms and onions in a blender, the mixture should be like buckwheat porridge. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Make milk sauce. In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until pinkish and add butter. Whisk flour and butter with a fork until smooth and pour over the milk. Heat the mixture until thick, but do not boil. Remove from stove, set aside. Add spices and finely chopped dill to taste.

Step 3

Dry the fillet with a napkin and apply a thin layer of the oyster mushroom filling on it. Roll from tail to head. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Place the resulting rolls tightly in a wide bowl and pour over the milk sauce. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. When the milk sauce begins to bubble and lightly brown, sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and turn the oven temperature down to 180 degrees. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve boiled rice for a side dish.
