Step 1
Rinse the cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Fry them in a skillet for 3 minutes. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar on the sautéed vegetables and transfer to a separate cup.
Step 2
Pour water into a cup and add the mushrooms. They should stay in it for 5 minutes. This way, you will get rid of the sand that is on them. Arrange oyster mushrooms, rinse and cut into large pieces. Fry them, stirring occasionally, in a skillet for 8 minutes. When cooked, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place over the sautéed tomatoes.
Step 3
In shrimp, the shell and intestinal vein must be removed. Fry the finely chopped garlic in a skillet for 30 seconds, then add the shrimp to it and cook for another 3 minutes. Season the mixture with salt and transfer to the tomatoes and mushrooms. Garnish with herbs before serving. Shrimps with tomatoes and oyster mushrooms are ready! By the way, this dish can be used not only as an appetizer, but even as the main one.
