- - A medium-sized leg of lamb, cut into small pieces;
- - 8 oyster mushrooms;
- - 1 tomato;
- - half a red pepper;

Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion, tomato and pepper, fry in olive oil. Grind the garlic and parsley in a mortar. Add them to the pan and salt. We fry everything together for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Step 2
Increase the heat and put the pieces of lamb in the pan. Fry for 10 minutes, so that the meat is slightly browned. We put the lamb on a plate, and send the mushrooms cut into small pieces into the pan. Like lamb, we fry them for a couple of minutes, and then remove from the pan.
Step 3
Put the potatoes cut into medium pieces in a pan, fry for several minutes, mix and season with a small amount of red bell pepper. Fill the potatoes with broth, add the bay leaf. As soon as the broth boils, reduce the heat and simmer the potatoes for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
Put pieces of lamb in a frying pan, simmer all together for 15 minutes. Put oyster mushrooms in the center of the pan and serve the dish hot.
