Delicate young potatoes with meat and oyster mushrooms are a very tasty dish for an everyday family dinner. It will undoubtedly please all household members. Such potatoes can be cooked not only on the stove, but also in nature. Only in this case, all the ingredients must be fried not in a frying pan, but in a cauldron.
Ingredients:
- 24 young potatoes (medium size);
- 0.5 kg of pork;
- 0.4 kg of fresh oyster mushrooms;
- 100 ml of water;
- 2-3 st. l. sunflower oil;
- salt, pepper and spices.
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Wash the pork, cut into large pieces and put in hot oil. Fry from all possible sides until brown, then remove on a plate, season with salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Note that if there is no pork, then you can take any other meat.
- Scrape off a thin skin from the potatoes with a knife. Wash all tubers and put in hot meat oil. If the potatoes are large, then they need to be cut in half, if small, then leave whole. So, fry the potatoes until golden brown, rolling them over the pan for evenness. Then remove the potatoes into a bowl, season with salt, spices and pepper, mix.
- Wash the oyster mushrooms, cut into large pieces, put in oil from under the potatoes and fry first until the liquid evaporates, and then until golden brown. Put the finished mushrooms in a deep plate, season with spices and stir.
- Place the cauldron on the stove, pour a little oil into it and heat it up.
- Put potatoes in hot oil, place mushrooms on top of potatoes, and fried meat on top of mushrooms.
- Add water to the contents of the cauldron, cover and simmer over minimum heat for 50-60 minutes. If there is no young potato, then you can always take an old potato. In this case, the cooking time is reduced by 10-20 minutes.
- Remove the prepared potatoes, baked in a cauldron with meat and oyster mushrooms, from the heat, leave to brew for 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
