    • 4 apples;
    • 2 tablespoons of walnut kernels;
    • 2 tablespoons of light raisins;
    • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon;
    • 1 tablespoon of liquid honey;
    • 30 g butter;
    • powdered sugar.
    • Vanilla cream:
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 6 teaspoons of sugar;
    • 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
    • 2 tablespoons flour.

Step 1

Take strong apples of medium size and regular shape. Wash them thoroughly. Use a special tool or a sharp vegetable knife to cut the core. Sprinkle lemon juice on the fruit to prevent browning.

Place the apples in a fireproof dish with butter. Place a teaspoon of brown sugar inside each fruit. Bake the fruit in a preheated oven until tender. Remove them from the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon. Before serving, place the apples in the bowls and top with the vanilla sauce.
