- 4-5 medium sized apples;

- 3 tablespoons of shelled walnuts;

- 2 teaspoons of honey or sugar;

- 100 milliliters of cream (10%);

- 70 grams of good dark chocolate.

Rinse the apples thoroughly and make circular cuts on top of them with a sharp knife. Gently peel off the cut tops and remove the seeds from the apples with a small spoon. Fill the apples with a mixture of peeled walnuts and honey (sugar), putting some honey on the bottom of the fruit and adding the walnuts on top. Place the prepared apples in a microwave-safe dish with a few tablespoons of water poured into the bottom. Cover the pan with a lid and put it in the oven for four to seven minutes, setting the power to 500 watts.

During the process of cooking apples, the power may vary depending on the characteristics of the fruit-sized microwave.

While the apples are baking, make the chocolate frosting by melting the dark chocolate in a water bath and boiling the cream in a small saucepan. Add the melted chocolate to the boiling cream, stir everything thoroughly until a homogeneous thick consistency and remove from heat. For a delicious and healthy dessert with cranberries and honey, use two large mac apples with a strong skin, firm flesh and a sour taste, as well as cranberries and honey to taste. Carefully cut out the middle of the washed fruit with a well-sharpened knife, remove the core and most of the pulp with a teaspoon.
