There are a great variety of meat casseroles. Spices, milk, vegetables, cheese, mushrooms and other foods will be indispensable additional ingredients in this dish. As a rule, all the ingredients are laid out in layers in a mold in a different sequence and baked in the oven.

- - hard cheese 200 g
- - sweet pepper 400 g
- - egg 1 pc.
- - stale bread 100 g
- - water 50 ml
- - onions 50 g
- - bread crumbs 30 g
- - olive oil 20 ml
- - parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the bread with water and stand until it swells.
Step 2
Wash and dry beef and pork with a napkin. Then mince it with soaked bread and onions.
Step 3
Add spices to the resulting minced meat, water remaining after soaking the bread, chopped parsley and an egg. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 4
Grease the bottom and walls of the mold with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread half of the minced meat, on top of it - finely chopped bell pepper and grated cheese. We cover everything with a layer of minced meat.
Step 5
We bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The casserole should be served hot, garnished with herbs.
