  • - garlic 2-3 cloves
  • - cheese 200 g
  • - sour cream 100 g
  • - onions 1 pc
  • - egg 1 pc

  • - a mixture of ground peppers
  • - dry parsley
  • - sweet paprika
  • - green onions

Instructions

Step 1

It is necessary to fry in a dry frying pan, without oil, slices of bread until golden brown and rub them thoroughly with garlic.

Step 2

Cut the onion into half rings and fry for 5 minutes in a pan. Put the minced meat, season with salt, pepper and fry for another 7 minutes.

Now we need to prepare the fill. To do this, add an egg, chopped garlic clove, parsley, paprika and a little cheese grated on a fine grater to sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.

Put the fried slices of bread into the mold, on the bottom, put some of the prepared minced meat on them and pour over the filling. Then add the toasted bread, the remaining minced meat and the pouring again. There will be only two layers.
