I would like to pamper my family with sweets, but there is no time to fiddle with the dough, stand by the oven. This problem can be solved, there are recipes for cakes without baking. Such a cake can even be made by a dad and children.
No baked marshmallow cake
A dessert based on marshmallow (1 kg) "Veterok" is quickly prepared. The whole process comes down to making a custard. For him you will need:
- 2 eggs;
-1 glass of milk;
- 350 g of sugar;
- 200 g butter;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 200 g of chopped and toasted kernels of any nuts.
To prepare the cream, mix sugar, eggs, milk in a saucepan and put it on the fire. Cook the mixture until thick. The finished mass is cooled, softened butter and nuts are added to it and mixed well.
The marshmallow is divided into halves, a layer of marshmallow is spread on the dish, coated with cream, then the second layer is put and then cream again, etc. The final layer is cream, sprinkled with grated chocolate on top.

Fans of sweets will love the biscuit cake. To prepare this dessert, take: 200 g of cookies, such as crackers; 100 g of raisins, prunes, dried apricots and walnuts; 1 can of boiled condensed milk, 200 g of butter, 1 pack of coconut.
Cookies are crushed into crumbs, steamed dried fruits and nuts are added. Beat boiled condensed milk with butter and combine with dried fruits and crumbs, mix. Spread on a dish with a slide and sprinkle with coconut.
Popcorn cake
The cake with cottage cheese without baking with an American accent has an original taste; it also has a corresponding name - "Texas". You will need 100 g of popcorn, 400 g of chocolate. The chocolate is melted in a water bath (some is left for decoration), mixed with chopped popcorn and refrigerated to freeze.
Gelatin (1 pack) is diluted with water, allowed to swell and heated until completely dissolved. Cottage cheese (500 g) is mixed with yogurt (150 ml), sugar (2 tablespoons), juice of two lemons. Cream (400 g) is whipped into a stable foam, mixed with the curd mass, gelatin is added there and mixed thoroughly. Spread the cream on the corn crust and set in the cold for three hours. Whole grains of popcorn are dipped into the remaining chocolate and the cake is decorated.
