Cutlets are one of the most popular dishes in Russia and beyond. They can be part of the daily menu or appear at a festive feast. Subject to certain cooking rules, cutlets will complement the dietary table, and in combination with various side dishes - buckwheat, rice, potatoes - they will be an excellent lunch or dinner for the whole family.
It is necessary
- - 700-800 gr minced meat (you can use any, depending on taste preferences)
- - 2 small potatoes
- - 1 onion
- - 1 chicken egg
- - salt
- - some water or milk
- - vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and put in a bowl of minced meat. Add egg and salt there.
Step 2
Peel and grate the potatoes, immediately put in the minced meat and mix thoroughly. If the minced meat is difficult to mix, you can add a little water or milk.
Step 3
Form patties and fry them in a greased skillet on both sides.
