Muffin is a small portioned muffin that is baked in a round tins. Typically, a paper rosette is placed in the baking dish before baking. In such an outlet, the muffin is served to the table.
It is necessary
- - 125 g wheat flour;
- - 300 g of quality chocolate;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 300 g of high quality butter;
- - 5 medium sized eggs;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - powdered sugar for sprinkling.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter and eggs from the refrigerator so that they come to room temperature. Put butter and chocolate broken into pieces in a saucepan, place in a saucepan with boiling water and, stirring with a silicone spatula, melt until smooth.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar using a mixer or a blender with a whisk attachment. Stir the egg mass into the slightly cooled butter-chocolate mass, stir.
Step 3
Sift the wheat flour through a sieve along with the baking powder, add this mixture to the chocolate mass, mix until smooth.
Step 4
Insert paper capsules into portioned round muffin tins and fill them about 2/3 of the way with chocolate dough. There is no need to lubricate the capsules. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place the muffin tins there.
Step 5
Bake the muffins until fully cooked for 20-25 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer or a toothpick - if the skewer comes out dry when punctured, then the muffins are ready.
Step 6
Remove the muffin pan from the oven, let cool slightly on the wire rack, and then remove the muffins along with the paper capsules. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
