Baking from the category of "guests on the doorstep": your friends will not catch you by surprise unexpected arrival! Before they have time to wash their hands, the cozy aroma of homemade cupcakes begins to spread through the apartment …
  It is necessary
- - 100 grams of sour cream;
 - - 1 large egg;
 - - 40 ml of vegetable oil;
 - - 1, 5 tsp lemon zest;
 - - 0.5 tsp vanilla essence;
 - - 1 tbsp. flour;
 - - 75 g of sugar;
 - - 0.75 tsp baking powder;
 - - a pinch of salt;
 - - a pinch of soda;
 - - 60 g of currants.
 - For sprinkling:
 - - 1 tbsp. brown sugar;
 - - 25-30 g of your favorite nuts.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs with sour cream and butter with a mixer. Add zest.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients separately: sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Step 3
Mix the contents of both bowls so that it only slightly "grasps". Add the berry (if frozen, do not defrost it), mix slightly again.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We fill the muffin molds 2/3 full. Chop the nuts into medium crumbs or grind them in a special mill, mix with sugar and sprinkle on the muffins. Bake for about 25 minutes, until a toothpick stuck into the product comes out dry.
