  • - 1 tbsp. flour;
  • - 75 g of sugar;
  • - 0.75 tsp baking powder;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - a pinch of soda;
  • - 60 g of currants.
  • For sprinkling:
  • - 1 tbsp. brown sugar;
  • - 25-30 g of your favorite nuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix eggs with sour cream and butter with a mixer. Add zest.

Step 2

Mix dry ingredients separately: sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.

Step 3

Mix the contents of both bowls so that it only slightly "grasps". Add the berry (if frozen, do not defrost it), mix slightly again.

Step 4
