Using ground cinnamon and walnuts, you can make not only traditional New Year's cookies, but airy muffins. To give them an unusual look, you need to place a slice of banana in each muffin before baking.
It is necessary
- - 260 g of wheat flour;
- - 170 g sour cream;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 120 ml odorless sunflower oil;
- - 20 g of shelled walnuts;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 1 large banana;
- - 2 teaspoons of good quality ground cinnamon;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Step 1
Remove the ingredients for the recipe from the refrigerator in advance. Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 180 ° C. Take a deep bowl and sift the mixture of wheat flour and baking powder into it.

Drive a chicken egg into a separate bowl, add granulated sugar, sour cream, sunflower oil to it. Add ground cinnamon and stir until smooth.

Add flour with baking powder to the egg and sour cream mass, mix until the ingredients are combined. In this case, you do not need to be very zealous so that the dough does not turn out to be too dense after baking. Muffins should be soft and fluffy.
Step 4
Peel the banana. Cut the pulp into round slices (10-12 pieces). Cut the walnuts into large enough pieces with a knife, stir into the dough.
Step 5
Stir until the nuts are evenly distributed over the dough. Lubricate the muffin tins with a little vegetable oil. Distribute the dough into the molds, place a mug of banana on top, pressing it lightly.
Step 6
Place the muffin tins in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the finished muffins, let cool slightly and gently remove from the molds.
