A great option for sweet pastries made from flour, eggs and butter. Ripe bananas, slices of dates and walnuts act as filling here - an incredibly tasty combination is obtained.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 2 cups flour with baking powder;
- - 1 glass of dates;
- - 1 glass of walnuts;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 2 bananas.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish (preferably a rectangular one) - cover it with baking paper to make it easier to remove the finished cake from the mold.
Step 2
Use a mixer to whisk the room temperature butter and sugar to form a fluffy light mass. Add chicken eggs one at a time, whisk well after each and add one tablespoon of sifted flour with a pinch of baking powder.
Step 3
Peel ripe bananas, mash them with a fork. Take the dates without bones, cut them into thin slices, mix with bananas and pieces of walnuts. Combine this mixture with the finished dough. Stir in the remaining flour, if required. Put the dough into a mold, gently level the surface, press down in the corners. Place in a preheated oven.
Step 4
Bake the banana, date and walnut muffin for 90-105 minutes. The cupcake should rise and feel thicker. If necessary, cover the cupcake with foil to prevent it from burning on top. Then cool the finished baked goods in a mold, remove and transfer to a serving dish, cut into slices.
