It is enough to replace ordinary milk with baked milk in the recipe for cake dough, and the baked goods acquire a completely new, more delicate taste. And if you add nuts and chocolate, you get cupcakes worthy of decorating a festive tea party.
It is necessary
- - 350 g flour;
- - 250 ml baked milk;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 100 g of oil;
- - 50 g of walnuts;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tsp baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the muffin dough first. To do this, remove 100 g of butter from the refrigerator in advance to soften it. Whisk butter with granulated sugar, add 2 eggs in turn, beating thoroughly after each. Pour in the baked milk and add the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a not very thick, but not too thin dough from these components.
Step 2
Chop the dark chocolate with a sharp knife, chop the walnuts too. Add both ingredients to the finished dough and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Lubricate muffin cups with butter or paper liners. You can use silicone molds - it is much easier to get ready-made baked goods from them than from metal molds. Pour the finished dough into the tins, filling them 2/3 full - the dough will rise during the baking process.
Step 4
Bake muffins in baked milk with nuts and chocolate at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Focus on your oven, use a toothpick to check if the muffins are done. Serve immediately or chilled. Once cooled, the muffins remain soft and fluffy.
