Chocolate lovers will appreciate the taste of chocolate fondant cakes. This is a real treat that can be prepared in just forty minutes.
It is necessary
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 120 g of chocolate;
- - 120 g flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1/2 cup sour cream for the dough;
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, cocoa powder;
- - a pinch of baking soda.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the baking sour cream with baking soda, set aside for a few minutes. While you can beat the butter at room temperature with sugar, add the cocoa powder, stir in the chicken eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly after each. Add flour, mix everything. Add sour cream and baking soda, stir again.
Step 2
Take small muffin tins, grease with oil or line with paper muffin inserts - they are sold very beautiful, delicate, they will decorate your baked goods. Fill the baking tins halfway with the dough - it will rise quite high during baking.
Step 3
Bake the chocolate muffins at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

You can start making your chocolate fudge for now. Break the chocolate into small pieces, melt them in a water bath, stirring occasionally. Add sugar and sour cream (150 grams), mix thoroughly until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil, turn off the heat. Let the fondant cool slightly, then put it in the refrigerator to cool down.
Step 5
Decorate ready-made warm cupcakes with ready-made chocolate fondant. The treat is sweet, so it is best served with tea without added sugar.
