This insanely delicious and easy to prepare dessert is a masterpiece of French cuisine. It is worth noting that the fondant is quite satisfying, so it is better to prepare it for those who decide to visit only for a cup of tea or coffee.
It is necessary
- - 2 bars of dark chocolate (cocoa content from 70%);
- - 1 pack of butter;
- - 1 tbsp. powdered sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 50 g flour.
Instructions
Step 1
On the fire, put a saucepan 1/3 full of water and bring it to a low boil. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in an ovenproof bowl, which is then set over a saucepan of water.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath until small pieces remain, then remove the bowl from the bath and let the chocolate completely melt and cool slightly.
Step 3
In a separate clean bowl, soften the butter, add powdered sugar to it and grind everything into a homogeneous mass. Alternating with flour and kneading thoroughly before each serving, beat all 3 eggs in turn into the cream.
Step 4
Gently add melted chocolate into the resulting egg-butter mass. Divide the dough into tins, greased with butter and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5
Heat the oven to 150 degrees and bake the fondants for 18-20 minutes. Remove the finished products from the oven, walk along the edge of the molds with the tip of a sharp knife, carefully turn the fondants onto a plate and immediately serve the dessert to the table.
