Fondant is a real treat for chocolate lovers. This is a small cupcake with melted chocolate inside. As a rule, such a dessert is served with a sorbet ball, which favorably sets off the taste of the hot filling.
It is necessary

- - 6 eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of flour;
- - berries and sorbet to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces, put in a cup and melt in a water bath. Add softened butter to it, stir thoroughly and cool to room temperature.

Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam using a mixer. Pour them into melted chocolate, add flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the prepared mass into small tins, pre-greased with butter. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 7 minutes to keep the filling liquid.
Step 4
Carefully remove the finished chocolate fondant from the molds and transfer to a plate. Serve with fresh berries and a scoop of sorbet.
