Fondant is a deliciously delicious French chocolate dessert with a hot, soft or even flowing filling. An unusual cake that must be prepared at home, especially since it is not as difficult as it might seem.
It is necessary
- - 90 g of dark chocolate;
- - 50 g butter;
- - two eggs;
- - two tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - three tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt ninety grams of dark chocolate in a water bath along with fifty grams of butter. Stir occasionally until smooth.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs and two tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. Pour the chocolate mass in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Gently add three tablespoons of flour in two rounds. Continue stirring with a whisk. Pour in one teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Step 3
Pour the resulting chocolate dough into baking tins, or use parchment paper serving rings for baking. Put in the oven for 8-12 minutes at a temperature of 210 °.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished fondants with powdered sugar on top. The prepared chocolate fondant is baked on the outside, but on the inside it has a soft and even liquid consistency.
