Step 1

Start your French fondant chocolate dessert by reheating the chocolate chips in a water bath. To do this, use a small, convenient saucepan and an appropriate container for melting the chocolate and butter.

Pour water into a saucepan, place a container with chocolate pieces and butter on top. Bring the water to a boil, stir the chocolate and butter constantly with a wooden spatula until smooth.

Wash the eggs beforehand. Break two chicken eggs into a separate deep bowl. Add granulated sugar, whisk the composition with a whisk.

Mix the chocolate mass into the egg in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Gently add flour to the composition, it is better to do this in two approaches. Continue mixing flour into the mixture.

Next, pour in the vanilla essence, stir. Prepare the oven, heat it to 210 degrees.
