Although the dessert is unusual, it takes only thirty minutes to prepare. First, break the dark chocolate into wedges. Cut the butter into cubes, put in a bowl with the chocolate. Place the container over a saucepan with hot water, melt the mixture on the steam bath, stirring thoroughly to make it homogeneous.
Step 2
Take two whole chicken eggs and three yolks, beat in a strong foam along with 50 g of sugar. Add beaten eggs to the chocolate mass, sift flour with a pinch of salt there. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Coat small cake tins with butter, pour the prepared chocolate dough into them, put in the oven, which must be preheated to at least 200 degrees.
Step 4
Cook the chocolate cake in French for about 7-10 minutes - the edges of the dough should be baked well and the filling should remain runny. If you are making one large cake, then the cooking time will increase to 15 minutes.

It is better to serve such a delicacy hot, it is tasty when chilled, but the filling will not spread correctly. Sprinkle with a little caster sugar before serving.
