Delicious and soft tea buns can be made quickly at home!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 500 g flour
- - 40 g yeast
- - 250 ml of milk
- - 50 g butter
- - 1 teaspoon of salt
- - 1 egg
- For fondant:
- - 40 g sugar
- - 90 ml syrup
- - 50 g cocoa powder
- -1/2 teaspoon vanillin
- To lubricate the product:

Instructions
Step 1
According to the main recipe, we knead the yeast dough and put it in a warm place to brew.
Step 2
We divide the finished dough into 20 equal parts weighing 50 g each. We form buns from these parts.
Step 3
We transfer them to a baking sheet greased with butter and leave to brew for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
We bake the product for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
Step 5
While the buns are baking, we add vanillin and cocoa powder to a cup of sugar. Mix everything well until one color is obtained. Add syrup to the prepared mixture and put the dishes with fondant on low heat.
Step 6
Stir constantly, bring the mixture to a boil, then cool.
Step 7
We take the buns out of the oven and carefully apply fondant in the middle and distribute them over the entire surface of the product.
