Chocolate fondant with berries is an exquisite delicacy! To prepare the perfect fondant, you must observe the cooking temperature and take exactly the specified amount of ingredients. Dessert is prepared in half an hour.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 125 g;
- - dark chocolate - 125 g;
- - butter - 130 g;
- - icing sugar - 150 g;
- - red currants, raspberries - 100 g each;
- - two eggs;
- - three egg yolks;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath until you get a homogeneous mass.

Pour powder, flour to the chocolate, mix thoroughly. Add eggs, three yolks, a pinch of salt, one at a time, stirring constantly.

Pour the resulting dough into cassettes, greasing them with butter. Fill out the form two thirds. Transfer the filled cassettes to the mold, refrigerate for five minutes.

Remove from the refrigerator, bake for 8 minutes at 170 degrees. When serving, garnish with a small amount of fresh berries, mint sprigs. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the finished chocolate fondant with berries.
