- For 4-6 servings:
- - 80 g of white chocolate;
- - 80 g of butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. flour a / c;
- - 2 tbsp. cognac or light rum, if desired.

Step 1
The first step is to preheat the oven to 160 degrees and prepare the molds: grease them with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath or in the microwave, stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3
Beat eggs lightly separately with added sugar. Sift the flour, add to the eggs and mix until smooth. Then add melted chocolate and alcohol to the eggs and flour to taste and desire. Stir again until smooth and transfer the dough into molds.
Step 4
Bake for 12 minutes or 5 minutes from the rise of the dough. To serve, let cool for a minute and turn over on a saucer. Serve fondant with a scoop of ice cream.
