- For mousse:

- - 30 g butter;

- - 30 g sugar (60 g powdered sugar);
- - 150 g cream;
- - 3 tbsp. whiskey spoons;
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate for a couple: pour about two liters of water into a saucepan, dip a cup with broken pieces of chocolate into it. When the chocolate is melted, you need to cool it a little, otherwise the balloons may burst.
Step 2
Then dip the inflated balloons into the chocolate.
