It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 500 g frozen strawberries;
- - 300 ml cream 35% fat;
- - 150 g of white chocolate;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 10 g of gelatin;
- - 18 pcs. savoyardi biscuits;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind savoyardi cookies (Ladies fingers), mix with softened butter. Put the resulting crumb in a split form, cover the bottom with cling film. Tamp the mass into the refrigerator while you prepare all the other ingredients for the mousse cake.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, add 50 ml of hot cream, mix thoroughly. Pour the liquid chocolate into a mold on top of the crushed cookies, refrigerate again.
Step 3
Defrost strawberries slightly, grind them with sugar, soak gelatin in 1/3 cup plain water. Heat the strawberry puree, but do not bring it to a boil, mix with gelatin. Whisk 250 ml of cold cream into a strong foam, mix gently with the strawberry puree, stir until smooth. Put the mass in a mold, refrigerate for 5 hours.
Step 4
After that, take out the dish with the dessert, draw a knife between the walls of the form and the edge of the cake, open the form, transfer to a serving dish. Decorate as desired. You can garnish the strawberry white chocolate mousse cake with white chocolate chips and fresh strawberries.
