Light and delicious sweets with strawberries, yoghurt and white chocolate - this is just a dream dessert! Delicate, airy, they melt in your mouth, leaving a delicious aftertaste. If desired, you can add cottage cheese to the sweets, but this is not at all necessary.
It is necessary
- 100 g of white chocolate;
- 50 ml sugar-free yogurt;
- 500 g fresh strawberries;
- 100 g coconut (you can use powdered sugar instead);
- 200 g soft cottage cheese (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath. You can also use a microwave for this purpose. It needs to be opened every 15 seconds and the chocolate must be stirred.
Step 2
Pour yogurt into the melted chocolate, mix thoroughly. If you want to make sweets with cottage cheese, you need to add it at this stage (of course, the mixture should be mixed well).
Step 3
Put the chocolate-yoghurt mixture in the refrigerator to thicken it, and we will deal with the strawberries.
Step 4
Rinse the berries, dry them, clean them of leaves and stalks. Strawberries can be used whole, or you can cut them into halves or even quarters, then our candies will be smaller.
Step 5
Take out the cooled chocolate-yogurt mass from the refrigerator and start making sweets. Each berry should be “wrapped” in our white glaze and rolled in coconut flakes (or powdered sugar). This must be done quickly, since at room temperature the yoghurt mixture begins to become liquid again.
Step 6
Put the sweets on a dish and place them in the refrigerator. After an hour, the gourmet dessert can be served. You need to store sweets in the refrigerator. However, you are unlikely to have to store them, because they disappear in a moment!
