It is necessary

  • - pumpkin - 50-100 g;
  • - milk - 50 ml;
  • - sugar - to taste;
  • - chocolate - 10 g;
  • - gelatin - 10 g;
  • - coconut flakes.

Instructions

Step 1

After peeling the pumpkin flesh, chop it into small enough pieces. Then, placing in a suitable saucepan, cover with milk, add granulated sugar to your liking and simmer over low heat.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate. If you don't have chocolate, you can replace it with a mixture of 0.5 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and a little granulated sugar. This mass should also be melted until smooth.

Step 3

Fill the gelatin with the required amount of water, set it aside for a while so that it swells. Then heat it, not boiling, until it is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Place the pumpkin pulp boiled in milk in a blender bowl and grind until smooth.

Step 5

Dividing the gelatinous mass into two uneven parts, pour in the smaller cooled melted chocolate. Mix everything well.

Step 6

Thoroughly grease any candy mold with butter. Sprinkle a small amount of coconut on the bottom and spread out the gelatin and melted chocolate mixture. Send to the refrigerator until completely solidified.

Step 7

Mix the rest of the gelatin with the pumpkin puree. Mix everything properly. Put the resulting mixture on the frozen chocolate. Put the candy in the cold again.

Step 8

Carefully remove the frozen delicacy from the mold. Jelly candies with pumpkin and chocolate are ready!
