When buying confectionery, expectations are not always justified - the type of filling, its quantity, consistency, all this can cause real indignation in those with a sweet tooth. You can make real chocolates with candied fruits and almonds at home.
It is necessary
- - 150 g of any chocolate
- - 1 egg
- - lemon juice
- - 15 candied fruits
- - 150 g almonds
- - 100 g icing sugar

Step 1
Boil the almonds in water for a few minutes, then cool the nuts and carefully remove the thin film. Place the almonds in a dry skillet and dry over low heat. Pour the nuts into a blender and grind thoroughly to a crumb consistency.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine a teaspoon of lemon juice, chopped almonds, and powdered sugar. Whisk the protein until a fluffy cream consistency and mix with the almond mass. The mixture should be thick and sticky. Form 15 parts from it.
Step 3
Make "pancakes" from each piece of almond, put one candied fruit in the center of each and form a ball. Put the sweets on a plate and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Several types can be used, such as dark chocolate, white chocolate, and milk chocolate. If you melt them separately, you can make different types of candy casings.
Step 5
Dip the almond balls into the melted chocolate so that the entire surface is covered with a sweet mixture. Arrange the blanks on a wire rack and wait until the chocolate hardens. Top of the chocolates can be decorated with stripes of colored glaze.
