A hearty meal suitable for fasting. For the evening we put the ingredients in a pot, and in the morning we enjoy hot and aromatic porridge. The main secret lies in the pillows that keep our dish warm until the morning!
It is necessary
- ceramic pot with a volume of 1 l
- 200 g buckwheat
- 1 potato
- 300 g water
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 20 g butter
- dill
- 3 pillows
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the buckwheat in warm water and put it on the bottom of the pot.
Step 2
We peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes.
Step 3
We put potatoes in a pot on top of buckwheat.
Step 4
Pour boiling water into buckwheat and potatoes. Add salt.
Step 5
We put the pot in pillows and leave it overnight.
Step 6
The next morning we take the porridge out of the pillows, add the butter and finely chopped dill.
