- - sour cream 100 ml;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat, leave in cold water for 30-40 minutes. Then drain the water, put the buckwheat in a saucepan, pour two glasses of water. Cover, simmer over medium heat, without stirring, until the water has completely evaporated.
Step 2
Peel the mushrooms. Wash, dry, cut into thin slices. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.

Then add sour cream, half a glass of boiled water, salt and pepper to taste into the pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Then add flour, stir, add some chopped herbs. Cook the mushrooms for another 5 minutes over low heat, covered.
Step 4
Place the lettuce leaves on portioned plates. Lay out 2 tbsp. spoons of buckwheat porridge. Top with mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
