Sour cream is a national fermented milk product of Russian cuisine. On its basis, many different sour cream sauces are produced, into which different components can be added, but the sour-milk base remains unchanged. This sauce goes well with meat and mushrooms. You can make a delicious mushroom salad and season it with sour cream sauce.

It is necessary

  • For six servings:
  • - 1 kg of potatoes;
  • - 500 g of mushrooms;
  • - 200 ml sour cream 20% fat;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 20 g of parsley;
  • - 7 cloves of garlic;
  • - celery stalk;
  • - half a lemon;
  • - mustard, green onions, dill, salt, ground cumin, pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil potatoes, peel, cut into large cubes.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic with parsley, heat the butter, fry the mushrooms on it until tender. Chanterelles, honey agarics or porcini mushrooms will do. Only beforehand, all the mushrooms must be rinsed and dried; they must get into the pan without excess moisture.

Step 3

Add a pinch of garlic, chopped parsley to almost ready-made mushrooms, stir, fry for a minute, then add a little lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Remove the pan from the stove.

Step 4

Mix sour cream with mustard, ground cumin (cumin), green onions, dill. Sour cream sauce is ready.

Step 5

Cut celery into cubes, onion into thin strips.

Step 6

Combine potatoes, mushrooms, celery in a bowl. Season with sour cream sauce.
