  • Ingredients for 22-24 cookies:
  • - 215 g flour;
  • - 75 g of light cane sugar;
  • - 30 g of coconut;
  • - a teaspoon of baking soda;
  • - half a teaspoon of salt;
  • - 110 g butter;
  • - 3 tablespoons of honey;
  • - a spoonful of vanilla extract;
  • - 1 yolk;
  • - 100-120 g of strawberry jam.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the flour in a bowl with sugar, soda, salt and coconut. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the bowl. Quickly knead the butter with your fingers, combining it with dry ingredients, add to honey, yolk and vanilla extract, knead the shortbread dough.

Step 2

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cover 2 baking sheets with baking paper. We form their dough into a sausage with a diameter of 3-4 centimeters, cut it into about 22-24 pieces.
