Oatmeal cookies are loved by both adults and children. It is very easy to prepare it, and the right ingredients are almost always at hand. Crispy and crumbly biscuits with a glass of milk are a great start to the day.
It is necessary
- - 170 gr. butter;
- - 200 gr. Sahara;
- - large egg;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - 100 gr. flour;
- - a teaspoon of baking soda;
- - a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - 220 gr. oatmeal;
- - 110 gr. walnuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C and bake walnuts in it for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Beat sugar and butter with a mixer until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beat again.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon and soda, add to the cream and beat until smooth.
Step 4
Chop the walnut and add to the dough along with the oatmeal, beat until smooth.
Step 5
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and use an ice cream spoon (or two regular ones) to spread the dough on it at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Use a spoon to lightly press down on the cookies.
Step 6
Bake oatmeal cinnamon cookies for 13-15 minutes.
