Miniature jam biscuits are very easy to make. Absolutely everyone will like its taste, and its very beautiful appearance will make this dessert a wonderful decoration for a tea table.
It is necessary
- - 325 gr. flour;
- - 170 gr. curd cheese;
- - 230 gr. butter;
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - any thick jam (strawberry jam tastes best);
- - icing sugar for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients (except for the icing sugar jam) into a smooth, tight dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough 3 mm thick and cut into equal 6x6 cm squares.
Step 3
Put a teaspoon of jam in the middle of each square.
Step 4
We connect two opposite corners to get a beautifully shaped cookie.
Step 5
We spread it on a baking sheet and send it to an oven preheated to 175C for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6
Let the liver cool for a couple of minutes, put it on the wire rack and decorate with powdered sugar.
