Cookies with cottage cheese can serve as a quick breakfast when there is absolutely no time to stand at the stove for a long time. It is prepared quickly, it turns out delicious, the cottage cheese filling of the cookies melts in your mouth.
It is necessary
- - 3 glasses of flour;
- - 1 pack of butter;
- - 100 g of cottage cheese;
- - 3 egg yolks;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- For filling:
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - packaging of custard;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of homemade yogurt or sour cream;
- - sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind flour and butter, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, baking powder. Stir in egg yolks, knead the dough. If it turns out to be very dense, you can add a spoonful of sour cream.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the dough in two. Roll out a larger part of the dough, put on a baking sheet. Place the curd filling on top. Cooking is simple: in a food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, yogurt and custard from a bag. An easier way to make curd cookies is to take any jam or jam instead of filling.
Step 3
Cover the filling with the strips from the second part of the dough. Lubricate the strips with whipped yolk, you can sprinkle a little sugar on it. You can put the second piece of dough briefly in the freezer, then rub it on top of the filling.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Then cool the baked goods, cut into portions. Cookies with cottage cheese are ready.
