Instructions
Step 1
Dough preparation. Combine cottage cheese, coriander, softened butter. Stir with a mixer. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt and gradually mix into the curd mixture. The dough should be soft. Form the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, sprinkle with red pepper, fold in half, roll out and sprinkle with pepper again. Fold the dough again and roll out the layer again.
Step 3
Using culinary tins (or a glass), cut out cookies from the dough, put them on a baking sheet moistened with cold water (or on a silicone mat).
Step 4
Separate the white from the yolk. Whisk the yolk with milk. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the bell peppers into small squares. Combine chopped peppers and cheese.
Step 5
