Spicy pancake casserole with curd and vegetable filling - a dish from refined French cuisine. A real culinary masterpiece can be prepared from ordinary products. The juicy consistency of the casserole is given by the spicy Bashamel sauce.

Instructions
Step 1
In one bowl, combine 1 yolk, 2 eggs, ground black pepper, salt, milk and powdered nutmeg. Add spices and salt as you like. Combine the finished mixture with flour and knead the dough.
Step 2
Chop cabbage and carrots Fry both ingredients in vegetable oil in one pan. Prepare thin pancakes from the dough, after adding chopped parsley to the mixture.
Step 3
Cottage cheese, 2 yolks and a little parsley, grind into a homogeneous mass. Beat 2 squirrels with a mixer and combine with the curd mixture.
Step 4
In one container, mix the fried vegetables, curd mass, add chopped cheese and walnuts. Put the resulting filling in an even layer on all available pancakes, roll each of them into a roll. Put the blanks in a baking dish.
Step 5
Make Bashamel sauce with milk, grated cheese, butter, grated nutmeg, and egg yolk. Bring the mixture to a boil. Pour the prepared sauce over the pancakes. Sprinkle the casserole on top with cheese, chopped nuts and herbs. Bake the dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
