- - garlic - 5 large cloves;
- - seasoning dashida - 1 tablespoon;
- - leeks - 100 g;
- - sausages - 3 pcs.;
- - hot chilli pepper - 1 pc.;
- - tofu - 1 pack;
- - vegetable oil;
- - water - 1 l.

Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Wash and peel vegetables
Step 2
Coarsely dice the carrots and onions. Put in hot oil and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add mushrooms and sausages, stirring, leave for another 10 minutes
Step 3
After adding kimchi, simmer for 10 minutes. Further, pepper paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground red pepper, dashida seasoning, garlic, hot peppers rings, water. And let it boil under the lid for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add tofu, sesame oil, leek rings, sesame seeds. Close the lid and let it simmer for 3 minutes. The dish is ready.
