Ingredients:

  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 2 packs (500 g);
  • Apples - 7-8 pcs;
  • Raisins - 250 g;
  • Figs - 200 g;
  • Chicken egg - 10 pcs;
  • Butter - 125 g;
  • Semolina - 600 g;
  • Medium-sized carrots - 3-4 pieces;
  • Spinach - 1 medium bunch.
  • Vegetable oil for lubricating the mold.
  • Sour cream - 250 g.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare vegetables and fruits. Rinse and peel the carrots well, then cut into thinner strips or chop them on a grater. Simmer in butter until soft. Rinse the spinach, dry and cut into strips and attach to the chopped carrots. Saute the spinach for about five minutes. Wash the apples, peel and remove the middle, cut into small cubes.
  2. Soak the figs in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain, dry and chop finely. Combine apples and figs with stewed cooled vegetables, add five eggs and mix well.
  3. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add semolina, sugar to taste, well-washed raisins and the remaining five eggs. Grease a form with high sides with vegetable oil and begin to lay out layers, alternating between fruit and vegetable filling and curd mixture.
  4. There should be 4 layers in total. Smooth the upper curd layer with oil and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until tender; at the end of baking, the casserole can be greased with a little sour cream and allowed to brown.

You can serve such a casserole either hot or cold, watering with sour cream. And children can be offered jam or chocolate paste.
