  • - peeled hazelnuts - 100 g;
  • - cashews - 50 g;
  • - "petals" of almonds - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - pear - 1 pc.;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • - cream 10% - 70 ml;
  • - butter - 30 g;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • - sugar - 50 g;
  • - semolina - 50 g;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the nuts (hazelnuts and cashews) with a blender until they are coarse or chop with a knife. Fry the chopped nuts in a dry frying pan until light golden brown. Cool it down.

Step 2

Peel the pear, remove the core. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 3

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a stable foam, add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Add sugar to the proteins and beat again with a mixer.

Step 4

Mix cottage cheese with cream, yolks and vanilla sugar. Beat the mixture with a mixer. Add semolina gradually.

Step 5

Add toasted nuts, pear pieces and whipped egg whites to the curd-semolina mixture. Mix well.

Step 6

Grease a baking dish with butter. Put the prepared curd mass into the mold, smooth it out. Bake the casserole in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. 5-10 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the casserole with almond "petals" and re-place in the oven. The curd casserole is ready.
