  • - 1 cucumber;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 2 medium-sized onions;
  • - 40 g of butter;
  • - 1 liter of chicken broth;
  • - salt;
  • - 100 g of a white roll;
  • - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - 2 teaspoons of red ground pepper;
  • - a bunch of green onions.

Instructions

Step 1

Quick apple jam

Quick jam can be made from juicy sweet and sour apples. Add slices of lemon or orange to it, the taste will be even more original. Wash oranges with a brush and hot water, cut into neat circles along with the peel. Divide each circle in half. Wash the apples, dry, cut into slices, removing the core.

Step 2

Place apples and oranges in a bowl, cover with sugar. Let the fruit sit for 8-10 hours, then place the bowl on the stove and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the jam from the heat and let it sit for 2 hours. Return the basin to the stove again, cook for another 15 minutes. Pour hot jam into sterilized jars, cover with gauze and let cool. Close the jars with lids and store.

Apple pie

Mash eggs with sugar, add melted butter, grated zest and ground cinnamon. Pour in the sifted flour in portions. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease a baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs. Spread the dough over the baking sheet with your fingers.

Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut the fruit into thin, even slices. Put the apples on the dough in the form of scales, sprinkle the cake with sugar, ground cinnamon and almond petals on top. Bake the product in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Put the finished cake on a board and chill a little. Serve warm, accompanied by vanilla or chocolate ice cream.

Select ripe apples of the same size. Wash and dry the fruits, cut out the core. Place the apples in a greased pan. Bake them in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. When the fruits are soft, arrange them in the bowls.
