There are many recipes for stuffed apples - cottage cheese, cheese and even meat (for example, chicken fillet) can serve as a filling. But the traditional New Year's option would be a filling made of dried fruits, nuts and cinnamon. It is very simple to prepare such a dessert, and its appearance turns out to be very appetizing.
It is necessary
- - 4 medium sized apples;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons (with a slide) of chopped nuts;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons (with a slide) pitted raisins;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Take 4 strong, ripe medium-sized apples, it is good if they have small branches on top. Now rinse the fruit thoroughly under running water, pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Cut off the tops of the apples with a sharp knife - these will be the "lids" of the dessert. Cut out a small portion of the pulp from each apple, along with the core and seeds. You can drizzle lightly with lemon juice to keep the flesh from darkening.
Step 3
Pound sugar into powder. Rinse and dry the raisins thoroughly. Stir in the powdered sugar, chopped walnuts, raisins, and ground cinnamon. If desired, you can additionally grind the mass in a blender.
Step 4
Fill the apples with the prepared filling and cover with "lids". Place apples on oiled baking sheets or in ceramic soufflé tins.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, place the apples there and cook for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle the stuffed apples with powdered sugar if desired before serving. Serve warm.
