It is necessary

  • - buckwheat groats (220 g);
  • –Fillet of fresh or frozen fish (650 g);
  • –Fat sour cream (240 ml);
  • –Fresh tomatoes (3 pcs.);
  • - olive oil (5 ml);
  • –Fill to taste;
  • - “Mozzarella” or “Parmesan” cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Sort the buckwheat thoroughly, rinse several times under cool water. Place a pot of water and buckwheat on the hotplate and cook until the cereal softens. Transfer the buckwheat to a separate bowl to cool.

Step 2

Next, take the fish, remove excess bones, cut into portions. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add fish and cook on each side for about 3-6 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare a deep oven dish with wide edges in advance. Place the cooked buckwheat in a mold, top with a layer of fried fish. Next, cut the pre-washed tomatoes into longitudinal circles. Lay the next layer after the fish.

Step 4

Spread the sour cream evenly over the surface of the tomatoes, salt the dish. Grind the cheese with a grater. Cover the dish with a thick layer. Pour some water into the mold and shake the container to let the water flow to the bottom of the mold. Place the dish in the oven to bake. Under the cheese "cap" the tomatoes and sour cream will mix and completely saturate the buckwheat and fish.

Step 5

After 30-50 minutes, remove the form from the oven, sprinkle with chopped dill. Cut into portions and serve as a separate dish.
