It is necessary

  • - Any fish (for example, fresh frozen cod or hake) - 400 g;
  • - Sour cream with a fat content of 10-15% - 4 tbsp. l. with a slide;
  • - Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • - Hard cheese - 180 g;
  • - Green onions - 0.5 bunch;
  • - Sunflower oil - 1, 5 tbsp. l.;
  • - Ground black pepper;
  • - Salt;
  • - Baking dish.

Instructions

Step 1

If the fish is frozen, remove it from the freezer 3 hours before cooking and leave it to defrost at room temperature. Alternatively, place it on the top shelf of the refrigerator the night before to defrost it naturally. If the fish is fresh, then clean it from the insides, scrape off the scales, chop off the tail and head, and then rinse and dry thoroughly.

When the fish is cooked, cut into small portions. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and put all the pieces into it in one layer, adding a little salt on top.

Now let's prepare the sauce. To do this, break the eggs into a small cup and beat them lightly with a fork. Add sour cream, a few pinches of black pepper and salt. Rinse green onions, cut into small pieces and transfer to a bowl as well. Mix everything together well.
