    • 700-800 g potatoes;

    • 2-3 onions;
    • 2-3 tbsp flour;
    • 100 g of cheese;

    • 500 g sour cream;
    • 1-2 tbsp flour;
    • 15-20 g butter;
    • salt
    • spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare this dish, the fish must be cleaned, gutted and thoroughly rinsed with running water. Cut the prepared fish into portions - steaks. Sprinkle with lemon juice to eliminate the peculiar smell. Pepper and gently roll them in flour on all sides. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and, putting the fish there, fry until golden brown.

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut it into round thin slices. Place in a separate skillet and fry in hot vegetable oil until half cooked.

Peel and wash the onions. Chop it into half rings and place with potatoes. Continue frying, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent golden.

Wash the mushrooms, cut them and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked.
