The fish fillet and mushroom ragout has a surprisingly delicate taste due to the fact that all the ingredients are soaked during the stewing process with a delicate sauce prepared on the basis of sour cream. Fish stew is not only very tasty, but also a healthy dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 g fish fillet
- - 1 medium onion
- - 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- - 1 bunch of dill
- - ground black pepper
- - butter
- - 500 g broccoli
- - 200 g champignons
- - 100 g sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes. Do not pour out the broth that remains, it will come in handy for preparing the main dish. Throw the broccoli in a colander and dry slightly.
Step 2
Boil the champignons and cut into thin rings. To add originality to the taste of mushrooms, you can sprinkle them with a little lemon juice.
Step 3
Pre-boil the fish fillet, cut into oblong strips or cubes, as well as mushrooms, lightly process with lemon juice.
Step 4
Heat butter in a skillet. Fry the fish fillets in it until golden brown. Gradually add broccoli and mushrooms to the contents. Fry the ingredients for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Mix sour cream with salt and herbs. Put the contents of the frying pan into a baking dish, pour over the oil remaining after frying, pour generously with sour cream. Bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
