Chicken fillet is a very healthy product, it contains a large amount of protein. It can be served both for a festive table and for a simple dinner. The meat is very tender and soft.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 4 pcs.
- - champignons - 500 g
- - sour cream 20% - 300 g
- - cream 10% - 200 g
- - onion - 1 pc.
- - butter
- - sunflower oil
- - salt, pepper, Provencal herbs
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet under cool water.
Step 2
Make small cuts in the meat so that it bakes better.
If you're worried about the meat getting tough, cover it with a plastic bag and beat it with a meat hammer.
Step 3
Cut the champignons into slices and the onion into half rings. Place in a skillet with sunflower and butter.
Step 4
Fry mushrooms and onions for about 5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from the stove and allow to cool for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the cream and sour cream until the consistency is uniform. Salt, pepper and add spices (in my case, Provencal herbs).
Step 6
Mix the resulting sauce with mushrooms and onions.
Step 7
Put half of the mushrooms and onions mixed with the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 8
Put the meat on top and cover it with the rest of the sauce.
There is no need to drain the water that melted when frying the mushrooms with onions; add cream with sour cream so that the sauce covers the chicken fillets.
Step 9
Bake in the oven at 170 ° C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the power of the oven.

Serve with a side dish.
